Historic Budget Documents in the Finance Department
Hannah Allen, CAIR Fiber Artist and Quilter, has literally found inspiration in the Finance Department by digging through closets and old files and finding historic documents that are beautiful, interesting, or both. These include historic budgets, with line items for things like typists or telegrams. She also found covers of old budget audits, which are surprisingly artfully designed! Hannah is incorporating these and other visual elements into the quilts she is creating with the Finance Department.
