CivicLex Attended INN Days in San Diego!

Last week, CivicLex’s Executive Director Richard and Civic Information Specialist Adrian Paul Bryant attended INN Days, a two-day conference hosted by the Institute for Nonprofit News!

Richard co-led a session focused on how nonprofit leaders can create strong succession plans, alongside Amy Kovac Ashley of the Tiny News Collective, and Mukhtar Ibrahim of the Sahan Journal. Richard is not going anywhere any time soon, but he has focused on making sure that when he does, CivicLex will be able to continue onward to strengthen Lexington’s civic health long after new hands are leading the organization.
