CivicLex Announces two new staff hires

We’re excited to announce that we have two new full-time CivicLex Staff Members!

Noel Osborn, Director of Development

Noel Osborn is our new Development Director! Noel holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Kentucky and has spent most of her career in outreach for political and non-profit organizations. She is deeply interested in protecting the health of our democratic process and enjoys connecting citizens to their local leaders. In her spare time, she loves spending Delta SkyMiles, advocating for the Rebel Alliance, and making statements like, “Stevie Nicks is a better songwriter than Bob Dylan.”

Stephanie Mobley, Director of Civic Education

Stephanie Mobley joins the team as our new Director of Civic Education. Stephanie is a retired teacher with 29 years of classroom experience in Central Kentucky. Stephanie will be leading a new CivicLex program and working with classroom teacher. She hopes to help foster an interest in community and civic engagement in a new generation of citizens. When not cheering on the UK Wildcat football and basketball teams, Stephanie enjoys reading, needlepointing, and spending time with her grandson.
