Two workshops on Landlord and Tenant Rights

The City of Lexington is hosting two sessions on tenants’ and landlords’ rights on Wednesday. This is an opportunity for tenants and landlords in Fayette County to be informed and educated on their housing rights and responsibilities.

The workshop will consist of short presentations by the Kentucky Fair Housing Council, Legal Aid of the Bluegrass, LFUCG Code Enforcement, and the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD), followed by a panel discussion and Q&A with representatives from the partnering agencies. LFUCG’s Housing Advocates will be in attendance to provide guidance for your housing needs.

These workshops will be held Thursday, November 30th at 10am and 4pm at the Eastside Branch of the Lexington Public Library.
