CivicLex inspires a new organization in West Fargo, North Dakota

Two weeks ago, CivicLex’s Executive Director Richard Young gave a keynote panel for a new organization in West Fargo, North Dakota. Inspired in large part by CivicLex, Civic West is being built to increase civic knowledge and engagement in the community.
