Changes to the Public Comment Sign-Up Process

At the City Council Meetings, you may have noticed some big changes to the public comment sign-up process. Instead of writing your name on a sheet of paper before the meeting, City Hall staff has set up a table outside of Council Chambers with two kiosks where you can sign up electronically to give a comment in front of City Council at a council meeting, work session, or public hearing. Also available at the table is information on the public comment process and any printed materials that pertain to the meeting such as agendas and dockets. Council staff will be available during the sign-up period to assist any individuals who wish to participate in public comment.
