In Tuesday’s Environmental Quality and Public Works (EQPW) Committee, Councilmembers will hear about the 2023 update to the Empower Lexington plan. Empower Lexington is Lexington’s plan to become a more energy-efficient and sustainable city.

In Tuesday’s Environmental Quality and Public Works (EQPW) Committee, Councilmembers will hear a presentation on Lexington’s greenhouses gas emissions as a community, as well as hearing specific information on LFUCG’s emissions.

At the Environmental Quality & Public Works Committee meeting, Councilmembers heard three very interesting presentations on different city initiatives.
