New Draft Report on USB Expansion Areas’ Existing Condition
TSW Consultants, the primary contractor working on the Urban Growth Management Plan to guide development in the Urban Service Boundary Expansion areas, has published a draft report on the five expansion areas.
This report focuses on the existing conditions of the area, analyzing the areas’ existing zoning, topography, public infrastructure, potential for multi-modal transportation connections, natural features, and more.
