Public Input Subcommittee continues to discuss Council rules for public participation in meetings
The Public Input Subcommittee met again last week, the week of May 15th, to continue their discussions on best practices for public engagement in City Council Meetings. At this meeting, committee members discussed the scope and timeline of this work with members of the Subcommittee on Council Rules and Procedures to make sure they were on the same page. They also discussed clarifying language around enforcing security and decorum at meetings, as well as the formatting of the document and making this information as accessible as possible.
