Council holds public hearing on 2045 Comprehensive Plan

City Council held a public hearing at last Tuesday’s Committee of the Whole (COW) to gather input about the draft Goals & Objectives for the “Imagine Lexington 2045” Comprehensive Plan. You can read some of the highlights from the meeting here.

Council’s next COW on these Goals & Objectives was on Tuesday May 23rd, where they will begin to make motions and vote to adopt the Goals and Objectives as amended. The final draft will likely receive a first and second reading at the following Council Meetings and are required to be fully adopted by mid-June. These meetings are open to the public and you can watch the recording on LexTV.
