In October 11th’s Council Work Session, the Council will hear the Compensation Study presentation. This study was performed to compare compensation for LFUCG employees to other relevant labor markets/competitors.

The Goal 4 Workgroup will be having its second to last meeting this week on October 4th at 10am!

The group's purpose is to evaluate the 2021 and 2011 redistricting processes to discuss ways Lexington can improve the process in 2031.
